'It's a legitimate goal' - Parker
Burnley boss Scott Parker believes his side had a legitimate goal disallowed in their goalless draw at West Brom on Thursday evening.
Jaidon Anthony's 55th minute header was chalked-off by referee Tom Nield for a push on Albion's Callum Styles.
"It's a goal, there's no two ways about it, the referee's given it from a big distance and the linesman hasn't given it," Parker told 成人快手 Radio Lancashire.
"It's a legit goal - I don't really want to get into that but obviously it's disappointing regarding that decision."
Burnley have now won only two of their past eight Championship matches with five draws along the way which has seen them slip four points behind the automatic promotion places.
"Overall it was a very good performance from us and we're starting to see signs of the kind of team we want to be," Parker added.
"We've had a goal disallowed, we've hit the post, we've had a big chance in the first-half so overall I'm really pleased with where the team are going."
