Stevenage sign Phillips from St Johnstone

Stevenage have signed defensive midfielder Daniel Phillips on a two-year deal from St Johnstone.

The 23-year-old made 35 appearances for the Scottish Premier League side last season.

Phillips has represented Trinidad & Tobago 12 times since his international debut in 2021.

鈥淒an brings new qualities to central midfield," manager Alex Revell said.

"We have tracked him ever since he left Watford two years ago 鈥 it鈥檚 taken a while, but we are delighted to get him over the line."
