Glasner on Palace feel-good factor

Oliver Glasner was in a good mood at Crystal Palace's training ground as he spoke to the media before the match with Chelsea on Sunday.
The Palace boss confirmed that Marc Guehi will be staying at the club after continued interest in the England international from Newcastle.
The Eagles have already sold Joachim Andersen, Michael Olise and Jordan Ayew this window but Glasner says all of the noise around the club did not affect the mood at the club.
"When I compare, when I arrived in here in February the mood of the team and the club and compare it with the mood now, it鈥檚 completely two different levels," he says.
"Maybe we lost some players that we didn't want to lose but that's part of football.
"We were well prepared. Maybe you could be critical with us that decisions could have been taken earlier but it is what it is.
"Sometimes in football things happen that you wish don't happen or wish happen earlier.
"We couldn't influence the rumours about Marc for example, it didn't influence us, the relationship between us and Marc and him and his team-mates."
