Leah Williamson: Arsenal defender 'likely' to withdraw from England squad with hamstring injury

Leah Williamson is "likely" to withdraw from the England squad with a hamstring injury, says Arsenal manager Jonas Eidevall.
The defender, 26, missed the Gunners' Women's Super League win against Manchester United on Saturday.
She is due to join the Lionesses squad this week for upcoming friendlies against Austria and Italy.
"It's likely that will be the case," Eidevall told 成人快手 Sport when asked if Williamson is expected to withdraw.
Before kick-off at Emirates Stadium on Saturday, Eidevall told Sky Sports that Williamson's absence from the squad was because of "a really minor" injury.
The centre-back was named in the England squad this week for the first time since April for friendlies against Austria and Italy.
She made her Arsenal comeback in January after nine months out with an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
England play Austria on Friday and Italy on 27 February, both in Algeciras in Spain, before beginning their Euro 2025 qualifying campaign in April.
