Aaron Ramsey: Cardiff City fitness progress boost for Wales captain

Midfielder Aaron Ramsey has returned to Cardiff City training to boost Wales before their Euro 2024 qualifying play-off against Finland in March.
Cardiff manager Erol Bulut has not confirmed when Ramsey will be ready to return following a three-month absence with a knee tendon injury.
But the Wales captain has done light training with his club.
"Today was only the first part with us. Not total training," said Bulut.
"We have to go step by step. Tomorrow we will see then next week he will be more involved in sessions.
"Next week we can speak much, much better about when he will come back."
In late December Bulut had hoped Ramsey would be fit to play during January.
Ramsey has only played six games in the Championship this season, picking up the injury in training in mid-September, after the Bluebirds beat Swansea City in the south Wales derby in the Welsh capital.
"When he is back, his team-mates are happy, we are happy to see him back," Bulut added.
"He has done a lot of running. Game fitness is different than when you run.
"Game fitness is something else. He needs some games before he starts.
"I cannot give a guarantee when he will have his first game for 90 minutes.
"I have to be careful not to lose him again. We don't have enough players as it is."
