Dundee missed the chance to go clear in second in the Scottish Championship after coming from behind to draw with struggling Hamilton Academical.

Connor Smith, on loan from Hearts, fired Accies into an early lead with a thunderous strike from long-range.

Jordan McGhee nodded Gary Bowyer's side level from close-range before the break, but failed to beat Ryan Fulton again despite ramping up the pressure.
