Arbroath 0-0 Greenock Morton: Hosts winless start extends to five games
- Published
Arbroath's winless start to the Scottish Championship season extended to five games after being held to a goalless draw at home to Greenock Morton.
In a game of few chances, the home side passed up an early opportunity as Thomas O'Brien headed over at the back post.
However, despite failing to register a shot on target, the visitors came closest to scoring as Luca Colville saw a free-kick come off a post on 54 minutes.
The point lifts Dick Campbell's side off the foot of the table after Alloa Athletic's 2-0 defeat away at Queen of the South.
As for Morton, the draw sees them drop from fourth to sixth.
