Full-back Jordan Obita has signed a new contract with Reading, keeping him with the Championship club until 2018.

Obita, 21, made 51 appearances in all competitions for Reading last season.

He made his debut as a 16-year-old and has been established in the Royals' first team for the past two seasons.
