Jersey ease to win over Papua New Guinea

Jersey recorded back-to-back wins in ICC Challenge League A after a comprehensive seven-wicket victory over Papua New Guinea in Kenya.
The island bowlers excelled at the Nairobi Gymkhana Club as they bowled out their opponents for 112 in 37.3 overs.
Julius Sumerauer took 3-24 and Nick Greenwood 3-26 as just two Papuan batters scored 20 or more.
In reply, Jersey made 113-3 off just 23 overs as Jonty Jenner scored 32 not out while Josh Lawrenson made 28 and Harrison Carlton 27.
Jersey went into the game following a win and a loss in their first two matches in the new ICC Challenge League cycle.
They were beaten by hosts Kenya by six wickets on Wednesday before defeating Qatar by 168 runs the following day.
Jersey鈥檚 next game is against Kuwait on Tuesday.
