Roy replaces Carse at Superchargers
Former England opener Jason Roy has signed for Hundred side Northern Superchargers as a replacement for banned seamer Brydon Carse.
Roy, 33, was unselected in the draft in March after spending three seasons with Oval Invincibles.
He could miss the beginning of this year's campaign, which begins on 23 July, due to his commitments with LA Knight Riders in Major League Cricket in the USA.
Carse, 28, is serving a three-month ban for historical breaches of betting rules and will miss the entire Hundred competition.
Superchargers will be led for the first time be former England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff, who has been appointed head coach following the departure of James Foster.
