Conners made his senior debut in 2019 and took 167 wickets in 90 matches in all formats.
鈥淚 am really grateful and excited for the opportunity to join Durham and be a part of such an ambitious club," Conners
鈥淚鈥檓 at a part of my career where I want to play alongside and against some of the best players and challenge myself to get to that next level.
鈥淚 can鈥檛 wait to get going in the winter and I鈥檓 ready to contribute my all to this club.鈥
Conners' breakthrough season came in 2022, when he took 50 wickets in the County Championship which included a career best 5-51 against Leicestershire.
He later earned an England Lions call-up, going on to feature against South Africa's Test squad, when he claimed figures of 4-25.
