A Birmingham mum says her son has been locked out of his savings account - because he's disabled. She says the system to support parents is 'completely broken'. Ramandeep Kaur lives in Sutton Coldfield with her three teenage boys. Her middle child, 15-year-old Harry, has Down Syndrome. She set up Child Trust Funds for all three after they were born, but she's only having trouble accessing Harry's account. He has 7 thousand pounds in there but because he's unable to manage the money himself - his mum is going to court to release it - a move that will cost her 拢1,000 in legal fees.
