A chance meeting with Zoya, a girl he meets in a shopping centre, gives him all the reasons for moving on in life – he becomes a bookie.
Stuck in a triangle of sorts between the woman he loves and his addiction to make a quick buck, Arjun moves on from being a bookie to becoming part of a mafia-type gang.
His new position causes him to deal with match fixing. Arjun's illegal dealings soon attracts the attention of the police. He must now choose between the love of his life, Zoya and his new-found success and power.
As Arjun struggles to choose between the two, the gang leader offers him limitless wealth in exchange of his services, drawing him into his core entourage of money spinners.
How far will Arjun go before he realises what is right or wrong?
And will Zoya ever find true love in a man who yearns for more wealth he can ever dream of?
Emraan Hashmi plays the lead in this Mahesh Bhatt thriller where a murder conspiracy of a cricketer forms the backdrop for the story.
Sonal Chauhan makes her Bollywood debut as Zoya in this film which also stars Samir Kochhar, Vishal Malhotra and Pakistani actor Javed Sheikh.
