Not received your tickets
If you have received a text messaging confirming that you have been allocated tickets for a show but haven鈥檛 received the email with the e-tickets it is possible that your email client is treating this email as spam because of the attachment.听Please check your junk mail and spam filters, and make sure听成人快手 Shows and Tours听(no-reply@evnt.pro)听is added to your email client鈥檚 list of safe senders. It鈥檚 important that you do that before asking us to re-issue your tickets otherwise they may get lost in your spam filter again.
You can add this address to your email contact list / safe senders with most email providers by editing your junk/spam email options. Your email provider has their own instructions for doing this if you're not sure how - but we've included the most common email providers' instructions below.
Gmail
Log into your account, hover over the "Settings" icon and click "Settings".
Select "Filters and Blocked Addresses".
Select "Create a new filter".
A dialog box appears. In the From field, type the email address you want to whitelist. Be sure to type the full email address (no-reply@evnt.pro)
At the bottom of the dialog box, select Create filter.
On the next screen, tell Gmail what to do with the email address you just indicated. To do so, select Never send it to Spam. To finish the process, select Create filter.
Yahoo!
Log into your account, hover over the "Settings" icon and click "Settings".
In the "Settings" tab, select "Filters" from the left menu and click the button to "Add" a filter.
Type a name for your filter in the "Filter name" field. Select "contains" in the "sender" drop-down menu. Type the sender's email address in the "sender" text field. In the "Move to Folder" drop-down menu, select "Inbox". Click the "Save" button in the top bar to save the filter.
Hotmail
In the upper right hand corner of your account, click on the "Settings" icon. From here, click on the option for "Options".
While in this section, click on the option for "Safe and blocked senders".
Click on "Safe senders".
Enter in the sender's email address and click the button to "Add to list".
AOL
In the upper right hand corner of your account, click on "Options". From there, click "Mail Settings".
On the "Settings" page, click "Spam Settings". From there, choose "Allow mail only from addresses I specify" on the drop-down menu. Enter in the sender's email address, click the plus button, and click save to save your changes.
MacMail
Select "Mail" and "Preferences" from the top menu.
In the "Preferences" window, click the "Rules" icon. Then, click the "Add Rule" button.
In the "Rules" window, type a name for your rule in the "Description" field. Use the following settings: 鈥淚f any of the following conditions are met: From Contains.鈥 Type the sender鈥檚 email address in the text field beside 鈥淐ontains.鈥 Select 鈥淢ove Message鈥 and 鈥淚nbox鈥 from the drop-down menus. Click 鈥淥k鈥 to save the rule.

Normally receive our ticket emails without a problem?
If you have received a text messaging confirming that you have been allocated tickets for a show and you鈥檝e received e-tickets successfully from us in the past and know that our emails normally deliver to your inbox without any problem, it鈥檚 worth checking whether you received the confirmation of application email for the show you haven鈥檛 received tickets for. If you don鈥檛 have an email confirming your application, it鈥檚 possible that you mistyped your email address when applying. One of our team can check this for you if you contact us via our听听or the听成人快手 Questions听webpage and if necessary correct this in our system and re-send your tickets.
If you have access to more than one email address, it鈥檚 also worth checking in case you applied using a work email, or a different email address from the one you鈥檝e used in the past.
