50:50 Contributors Database privacy notice

This privacy notice describes how we collect and use personal information about you that you have provided in accordance with data protection law. The personal information is your name and contact details and gender. We are also inviting you to provide your ethnicity and whether you have a disability which is known as special category data. The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ will hold your personal data securely in a database of experts and contributors that is available internally to be consulted when selecting contributors for ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ content. There is no guarantee that you will be contacted or asked to appear in ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ content.

The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ is the ‘data controller’ of your personal information. This means that the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ decides what your information is used for, and the ways in which it is processed. The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ will rely on your explicit consent to collect and use this information for the purpose of selecting contributors for ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ content, and you are asked to tick the consent box when completing this form before submitting your information.
