Chuffed tae wee tiny bits I am. In case ye dinnae ken, this wee beastie is a Hunic bow, leather wrapped, 38lb draw weight, absolutely gorgeous thing it is and I love it! ----> Huge grin here.

We don't have THOSE at our community education archery class. Are you the only female that likes archery? At our class all the dad's like it and the mothers are yawning and waiting for the end. Mind you, it is in a sports hall, maybe if we could shoot a few cars. .

Were I you mia, I would think twice about getting a reindeer skin. We had a norski one in Rolling Acres and it cast everywhere, so we very kindly gave it to babybiped2, who now has it shut in a wardrobe to stop all the loose hairs flying about...or possibly has finally got rid of it...we did. D.o.g.s is nothing on dead reindeers.

True enough FC, reindeer can shed like nobodys business, but I use something on the hair (not allowed to advertise here so cannae say tho) that fixes that. :-) Tanith, nae worries, I ken the best place for bows n stuff.

i defy the reindeer skin to be worse than the goatskin we have, you only need to look at it and it sheds at you - sit on it and it quadruples its output!

having a lot of problems with my reindeer skin shedding too....but would hate to lock it away in a cupboard. Could you...without saying the product name....tell me what the ingredients are of the fixative, that way giving me a clue what to use??? Cheers in advance :)
