Organic racing chicken! Hermit, all that exercise toughens the sinews, and the product may be alright for stews, but won't produce tender, juicy fried chicken. I assume they are for the pot, and not practising for the Olympic events down south?

Aye, the hens and cockerels are for meat and eggs, but the only thing I ever dae wi` cockerels is pot boil them wi` veg, so I`m no that ower fussed how tough they get mjc. :)
