Several listeners have contacted the programme saying that in light of the floods last weekend, they wanted to cancel holidays they'd booked to Madeira. But they've all been told they can't get refunds because the Foreign and Commonwealth Office advice did not warn against travelling to Madeira. People in Madeira say most of the island was unaffected and elsewhere things are returning to normal.
