Does milk still matter?
Milk听is a food stuff traditionally associated with childhood听and many of us remember those little glass bottles of the over warm white stuff at morning playtime. But is it time to reassess its听place in children's diet? The Government has just announced听they're going to continue to subsidise it in schools, against expert听advice.
Dr Stephen Walsh, The Vegan Society听and Tom Sanders, Professor of Nutrition & Dietetics join Jenni to dicuss if The Government are听simply wary of being labelled milk snatchers or is听milk still a fantastic food stuff to be giving the next generation?听
