If you like nuts and honey, baklava, halva or听any other Middle Eastern sweets听are unbelievably good .
Anna McNamee tries听out the range available, beginning with halva.听It's most commonly made with sesame seeds, but some people make it with cooked carrots, semolina, potatoes, beetroot or yams. And you can get fruit halvas made with papayas, oranges or bananas too.
The food historian and cookery writer Anissa Helou听showed Anna how to make one of her favourite versions.
