In 1984 Band Aid topped the charts with Do They Know It's Christmas? 20 years on and the single is again the Christmas number 1.
Back听in 1984听there were only 4 women in the entire line-up. The 2004 roster has a much healthier number of female artists, but how far have women really come in popular music in the intervening years?听
