Do they work?
Statistics suggest there's a massive increase in the number of highly educated women with children under 5 pursuing careers. But recent research from the University of Lancaster shows that these same women, often in senior positions,听are experiencing discrimination at work.
听
So what implications does this have for family friendly policy? Jenni听talks to the author of the research, Dr Caroline Gatrell, and to Richard Wilson, Head of Business Policy at the Institute of Directors.
