Women in the Judiciary Monday 16 December 2002

But new research published this month concludes that the judiciary remains an overwhelmingly male institution. There are no women in the highest court in the land, and just seven out of more than a hundred High Court judges are women.
Kate Malleson from the London School of Economics and Katherine Ross of the Fawcett Society join Jenni to discuss why is it taking so long for women to break into the judiciary.
