The issue of sexual consent hasn't been far from the headlines in the last month. Not least because of David Blunkett's proposed legislation on sexual offences. The 成人快手 Office hopes that more women will feel able to take their attackers to court as a result of his proposals, but what support will they find if they choose to do so?
In the last 18 months four rape crisis centres have closed their doors - hardly a sign that the services are well-prepared to support even more women through the judicial process. So where is the funding for this badly needed service and is the Government really serious about increasing the number of rape cases that get to court?
Vera Baird MP and Helen Jones from the Rape Crisis Federation join Jenni to discuss the proposed legislation.
