Olympic heptathalon champion Denise Lewis plans to continue training till the birth of her baby in April and Irish athlete Sonia O'Sullivan was in the gym lifting weights when she went into labour with her second child. Yet pregnant Australian Netballers are currently banned from competition.

As the Aussie netballers touch down in the UK for a test match series, Jenni finds out just what level of exercise is acceptable in pregnancy. She's joined by Carol Bates from the Royal College of Midwives and Dr Susan White, a sports medicine journalist in Melbourne, Australia to discuss why research on the subject is so vague.
