Fitness expert Oriane Abbonizio takes Jane through some simple exercises that can be done in the living room without any specialist equipment, and former paralympic athlete Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson discusses how to give women and girls the confidence to enjoy exercise.

Fit exercise into your daily routine where possible – e.g. get off the bus one stop earlier/ walk to train station instead of driving/ walk the kids to school/ walk to the shops etc
Set yourself reminders/ auto emails at work to get up, move about, and stretch
Set up a mini gym at home - e.g. physio ball, dumbbells, resistance bands, aerobic step, and a few exercise DVDs
A 20 minute daily routine:
5 minutes stepping
15 lunges each leg/ 15 press-ups/ 15 squats/ 15 tricep dips/ 15 stomach crunches
