Liz Carr: So with public misconceptions about the disability arts scene slowly beginning to break down, and more and more mainstream audiences coming to DaDaFest, it was decided it was high time for the festival to branch out a little.
Ruth Gould: We’ve been able to take some of the programming in to Glasgow and Edinburgh; we’ve actually had artists over in Belfast at a disability arts festival that one of the universities has done there during the same time. We’ve also had a little mini DaDaFest in Uganda and I know one of the artists who visited us has actually asked if we can do a DaDaFest in Germany for him next year, and it's like 'wow'."
