One of the biggest names in Afrobeats, Tiwa Savage, talks to DJ Edu about her new album and coping with lockdown.
Tiwa Savage is one of the biggest names in Afrobeats. She has 11 million followers on Instagram, and last year she signed a major deal with Universal Music Group. Her song 49-99 broke new ground 鈥� it was sophisticated musically, and had a stunning video to go with it.
In this edition of TIA, Tiwa and DJ Edu talk coping with lockdown, and Tiwa鈥檚 new album Celia, which is named after her number one fan: her mother.
DJ Edu鈥檚 10 in 10 includes banging tracks from Namibia, Sierra Leone and Ghana.
