Zhang Yiming is stepping down as chief executive of TikTok's parent company ByteDance.
Zhang Yiming is stepping down as chief executive of TikTok's parent company ByteDance. Mr Zhang says he prefers more solitary activities like reading and daydreaming to running the popular video sharing app, and the 成人快手's Kerry Allen tells us what's behind the move. Also in the programme, there's been an uptick in inflation around the world as countries recover from the pandemic. Mohamed El-Erian, who is an economic adviser and president of Queen's College, Cambridge, explains why he thinks central banks are already behind the curve.
