British MPs take control of Brexit process

MPs in the UK parliament will vote on preventing a no-deal Brexit.

Opposition and rebel Conservative MPs dealt a major blow to UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson's policy for leaving the European Union. The House of Commons voted to take control of parliamentary business. Today, a bill which would prevent a no-deal Brexit will be debated, against the wishes of the government.

Also in the programme: An update on Hurricane Dorian and a controversial extradition bill is withdrawn in Hong Kong.
