Mauritania鈥檚 defence minister declared winner of presidential election

The opposition rejects the election result and alleges fraud

Mauritania's presidential election has been won by the current defence minister, Mohamed Ahmed Ould Ghazouani. But four opposition candidates have rejected the results, alleging fraud.
