Sudan admits to 46 protest deaths
Doctors linked to the opposition on Wednesday said at least 100 people had been killed.
The authorities in Sudan have denied that more than a hundred people have been killed in an attempt by the security forces to crush pro-democracy protests. Sudan's health ministry put the number of people who'd died at no more than forty-six; a combined army and police force on patrol in the northern Mexican state of Sinaloa has dismantled three labs producing the synthetic drug methamphetamine; and how one man spent 23 years of a life sentence behind bars for the non-violent crime of joyriding.
