Canadian MP's Vote to Legalise Cannabis
Canada may well become the first G7 country to allow consumption of cannabis.
The lower house of parliament in Canada has voted to legalise cannabis for recreational use. The Liberal government's bill was passed by 205 votes to 82. The legislation must now be passed by the upper house and receive royal assent by the governor general, to become law. We hear from Laura Lynch, a correspondent for CBC News. Gaming addiction has been listed as a mental health condition by the World Health Organisation.
