The United States and its European allies are expelling dozens of Russian diplomats in a co-ordinated response to the poisoning of a former Russian spy in the UK. We find out from Thomas Wright, a foreign policy specialist at the Brookings Institution, why the US is leading this expulsion. The US Federal Trade Commission says it's investigating Facebook's privacy policies following the Cambridge Analytica data scandal.
