'Green Book' has won the Best Picture award at the Oscars ceremony in Los Angeles. The film tells the story of a black pianist on a tour of the southern United States in the early 1960s. The Best Actress award went to Olivia Colman for her performance as Queen Anne in 'The Favourite', beating Glenn Close who had been widely tipped to win her first Academy award.
