Donald Trump Threatens to Declare a National Emergency
He said he may call a national emergency to fund his border wall.
President Trump has renewed his threat to declare a national emergency in order to fund his planned border wall without the approval of Congress. On a visit to the border in Texas he said he had the absolute right to declare an emergency.
