Tulani’s dance journey began at the age of four, when she attended ballet classes, then tap and modern. Her passion for Kathak started at nine at the Bhavan Centre in London. She progressed to the Centre for Advanced Training programme, where she met her guru Sujata Banerjee and her inspiration to become a professional blossomed. Tulani is currently on a gap year and acts as a teaching assistant to Sujata. Her reason for entering the competition is rooted in her love for performing. Tulani’s ambition is to use her professional dance performing and teaching to propel her around the world.
