140m underground at the Yorkshire coal face
Reporter Jess Bayley has donned her hard hat and gone down the mines as Yorkshire Coal Mining Museum reopen their underground tours. Guided by former miners, visitors will be able to crawl through a coal seam that is between 300 and 350 million years old, and see "fool's gold".
