Sarah Montague speaks to Bruno Gollnisch, and Prof Philippe Marli猫re
Marine Le Pen has been barred from running for office for five years after being found guilty of misappropriating European funds to finance her far-right National Rally (RN) party.
Speaking to the World At One's Sarah Montague, Bruno Gollnisch - a former MEP who was a co-defendant alongside Le Pen and was also found guilty - says the ruling goes "against all principles of law".
Sarah also speaks to Prof Philippe Marli猫re, Professor of French politics at University College London, about what this means for the future of RN.
