On an emotional day of extreme highs and lows, Jamie finds himself close to quitting the challenge, but powers through on his toughest day yet. He starts in Market Harborough where he tells Greg James he isn't sure he can finish the challenge. But he powers through, spurred on by the support of Radio 1 listeners, celeb friends Jake and Leanne from The Traitors, plus long-time friend Proudlock who pays him a surprise visit. The finale of Day 3, in Loughborough, sees him given a hero's welcome, flanked by hundreds of cheering fans for the most euphoric moment so far of Ultra Marathon Man.
