A Crufts victory for Crewe girl and her Saint Bernard
Faith Windsor from Crewe and her assistance dog, Ember, have won the Kennel Club's Young Person of the Year at Crufts. Faith has autism and a heart condition, and with her Saint Bernard they've been raising awareness about the important role autism assistance dogs play. Her mum Rosanna says they are very, very lucky to have Ember in their lives.
