'The Substance' Director Coralie Fargeat on Lack of Visibility for Older Women on Screen

The only woman nominated for a Best Director award at both this year's BAFTAs and Oscars has told 成人快手 Talking Movies of her concern about the lack of visibility of older women on screen.

French filmmaker Coralie Fargeat is only the ninth woman in nearly 100 years to receive an Academy Award nomination for directing.

Her film, 'The Substance', also nominated for five BAFTAs, stars Demi Moore in a gory horror comedy that explores the societal pressures older women face.

She spoke to reporter Emma Jones.
