Floods - what can we expect next?

Leicestershire County Council says it has 'flood gangs' attending more than 80 sites across the county today to assess and put up road closures.

The authority urged people not to drive or wade through flood water.

It's thought three weeks worth of rain has fallen in a 24hr period with roads closed, schools shut and rail and bus timetables affected as a result. Many homes and businesses across the county have also been affected.

Troy from Rhino Insurance in Thurmaston told 成人快手 Leicester what he was faced with when arriving at work on Monday morning, and Matthew Gable, the Environment Agency's incident manager, explained what we can expect to see over the next few days.
