Snow and heavy rain disrupts travel
Heavy rain overnight and snow in some places is having a big impact on roads and communities across Leicestershire and Rutland.
Rail and bus services are affected across the city and two counties. Some schools have had to close, and many roads are flooded - some for the first time.
The police say they're receiving high volumes of calls with vehicles getting stuck in flood water. The Environment Agency has issued more than thirty flood alerts across the county.
Local weather watcher Phil Morrish told 成人快手 Leicester's Kelly Hinch that three weeks rain has fallen in the past twenty four hours.
