William Masterson who lives in the Hillfields area of the city first called Citizen Housing in the summer of last year when he noticed the plasterboard on the ceiling had started to crack.
He says Citizen Housing admitted there was a problem with the roof which was leading to a leak in the ceiling and damp throughout the house but failed to do anything about it.
In a statement Citizen Housing have told us "We are committed to working with Mr Mast to ensure that the issue he鈥檚 had with his roof is fixed as soon as possible and will be conducting a full investigation into the delays experienced in this case."
