A Leicestershire dance and movement instructor has told us children with disabilities can benefit physically and mentally from dance.

A recent episode of the 成人快手 TV competition Strictly Come Dancing featured a special routine showcasing the talents of dancers with disabilities.

Emma Gilmore who teaches at the 'You can Dance Academy' in Blaby told 成人快手 Leicester's Kevin Ncube how it's an activity which allows children to be themselves.
