Flooding: Tenbury tractor video 'arrest'
A man has been arrested following an incident of a tractor driving through flood water in the Worcestershire town, with shop cameras suggesting it created a 6-foot bow wave.
West Mercia Police confirmed that a 57-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and dangerous driving, after a video of the tractor in Tenbury Wells went viral on social media.
