Britain is expected to authorise Ukraine to use Storm Shadow missiles to hit military targets inside Russia. The US has already given Kyiv permission to use similar American-made long-range missiles. But it comes as President Putin has approved changes to Russia鈥檚 nuclear doctrine, loosening the conditions under which Moscow would consider using its arsenal.
