In a statement McDonalds says 鈥渨e believe community feedback is an essential part of an effective planning process and welcome the thoughts and opinions of local residents in Stirchley. McDonald鈥檚 prides itself on being a good neighbour in the communities in which it operates, and we look forward to continuing to work with the Council and local residents to mitigate any concerns raised via the public consultation.鈥�

We've also been in touch with Birmingham City Council who say as it's "subject to the regulatory planning process" they're not able to comment.
