There's poetry from Cheltenham based writer Edward Derbyshire who has sent in a lovely poem to us that鈥檚 all about the first time he met his wife of 36 years, except it's a fictional scenario with a twist.

British comedy icon Helen Lederer chats to 成人快手 Upload's Kairen Kemp all about her new memoir 'Not That I'm Bitter', capturing the attention of a stand up audience within seconds of stepping on stage and how she's taken that lesson into how she writes her novels and memoirs.

Poet Neal Mason from just outside Marlborough writes about the erosion of the east coast in his upload 'After Dunwich'.

Royal Wootton Bassett based creative Athena Aparta wrote a poem called 'Love Is An Endless Fountain' that explores the idea of the wolf that lives inside of her that sometimes struggles with the concept that it's ok to allow yourself to be loved.

Fenja Hill is a member of the Weston-super-Mare based writing group Writers in Stone. Fenja has reworked the fairytale classic Red Riding Hood story into something rather darker and more sinister called 'Wolf'.

And Portishead's Amy Bevington has captured the chill that we're all experiencing at the moment in her poem 'In The Depths of Winter' which wrestles with the beauty in moments of cosy warming rituals and nice homely memories, verses the darkness, loneliness and isolation that can come with seasonal affective disorder when the nights draw in.
